Contextual light fixtures + exuberant print and pattern, lend a tasteful edge to this sophisticated space.

It was important to the owners to honor this home’s historical heritage while exploring ways to make the space bold and contemporary.

We freshened foundational elements using bright paint and hand made tile and custom cabinetry. The half bath came to life with a statement countertop from OnConcrete, which gave the vertical backsplash enhanced dimension while anchoring the room’s playful flair.

An eclectic collection of furniture with rounded edges and interesting textural details compliment the original 1930s architecture. Unique lighting fixtures and unpredictable patterns made this space feel authentic, welcoming and lived-in.
